One of Australia’s best midcourters, Jamie-Lee Price has quickly proven herself as a rising star for the Australian Diamonds following her senior international debut in October 2018.

Domestically, Jamie is a key contributor for the GIANTS in the Suncorp Super Netball League, and began her professional career after being picked up by the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic at only 16 years of age. Showing off her skills at junior level, Jamie was quickly picked up by the GIANTS Netball club in 2017.

That year Jamie also represented Australia in the Netball Youth World Cup in Botswana, where she was outstanding receiving the Player of the Tournament as well as a silver medal. Jamie’s incredible vertical leap, along with her strength and pace around the court causes her to be a major headache for opposition sides constantly winning the ball and distributing it effectively to her team mates.

Jamie continued to have a large influence on games in 2018 which caught the eye of the Australian team being named in the Diamonds Squad for 2018/19 and made her debut shortly after. The impressive form rolled onto the Netball World Cup in 2019 where Jamie played in 8 matches helping Australia to a silver medal unfortunately losing against New Zealand in the final. As the daughter of Rugby League star Steve Price it is clear that elite talent runs in the family with Jamie only enhancing the family name.
