Bailey Williams is an ultra-competitive utility who has great ability in winning the ball, tackling and decision-making, and was taken with pick 48 in the 2015 National Draft.

At 187cm, Williams can play off the half-back line as well as through the midfield. He is incredibly agile, has a very strong contested game and ability to execute under pressure. This was highlighted when he amassed 56 possessions while playing for Glenelg in the SANFL Under 18 competition.

Williams made his debut for the Bulldogs in his first season, 2016, playing 6 games for the season at a club that were the eventual AFL premiers. In 2016 Williams was a member of Footscray’s VFL Premiership side, predominantly playing off the half-back.

Playing a total of 26 games over the 2017 and 2018 seasons, Williams now has the experience under his belt to become a consistent contributor to the Bulldogs moving forward.
