With the eyes of the world on Australia for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in October and November, TLA and TGI Sport is a world-class example of a global team supporting all elements in the delivery of the event.

TGI Sport acquired TLA Australia in 2019. TGI Sport/ TLA are involved across all levels of the event; the players themselves; managing media and broadcast presenters; technology through LED stadium signage; supporting the ICC T20 World Cup local organising committee for PR and Events; end-to-end delivery of small and large scale fanzones, partner activations; and production of the event staff uniform.

  • Ensuring 100% complete functionality across our in-bowl LED systems

Fan Engagement Activity

  • Fan Engagement and Activation agency for Visit Victoria and NSW Office of Sport
  • Running regional roadshows across NSW to connect the tournament with remote communities
  • Running the livesite at Sydney Olympic Park for India v Pakistan and the Biggest Hit Media Event on Sydney Harbour
  • Helping coordinate the Pakistan and South African teams welcome functions at Cricket Central alongside NSW Office of Sport and Cricket NSW
  • Managing the Sydney fanzone for all six match days at the SCG
  • Pop up activations across Parramatta, Cronulla and Manly
  • Plan and execute Fan Activation Zones for Visit Victoria, including three double-header matches at Kardinia Park in Geelong, seven games at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne including the Final and a team appearance event the day prior to the Final

Tournament Brand and Partner Activations

  • Activating for our brand clients Nissan and Kayo at MCG and SCG matches
  • Delivery of Kayo’s PR strategy engaging multicultural media, specifically targeting cricket fans within the South Asian and South African communities within Australia
