TLA Australia were engaged by Manchester City to bring to life three unique fan activation zones on the MCG concourse for the 2015 International Champions Cup. A marquee branded MCFC housed a Photo Booth and Instabanner activity, with a live band and two football tricksters completing Zone A. The Super Boot activity had fans queuing up in Zone B to test the speed of their spot kick. Others took a punt at the ‘Guess the Balls’ competition for the chance to win signed club merchandise or the coveted, once in a life time opportunity to meet the players. All the fan fun was captured on camera and shared via Super Screen’s in each zone, adding an extra element of surprise and delight. The roving MC drew enthusiastic fans into the zones while discussing favourite players, match predictions and chanting YAYA until kickoff.
