Adventure Hill receives global recognition

Adventure Hill, a world-first playground built inside a sporting arena, has received global recognition after being shortlisted for ‘Best Gen Z or Kids Activation’ at the 2020 Hashtag Sports Awards.

The project that TLA led on behalf of the South Australia Cricket Association and the Adelaide Strikers has been shortlisted alongside the likes of the NBA, Nike, ESPN and the Danone Nations Cup. Hosted in New York, the awards recognise excellence in fan engagement globally and where the “who’s who in sports & entertainment come together to recognize & inspire those who do it best on the industry’s biggest stage.”

Located on the north-western side of the iconic hill at Adelaide Oval, Adventure Hill was a roaring success throughout the 2019/2020 BBL season. Adventure Hill, which featured activities such as a jumbo spiral slide, catching challenge and internal climbing platform, was seen by over 180,000 in stadium.
