PRLog (Press Release) – Nov. 25, 2013 – NEW YORK — The Legacy Agency, Inc. (“TLA”), the pre-eminent, fully integrated representation, media and marketing services agency today announced a new strategic partnership with CineSport LLC, the leading multi-platform video syndicator of custom sports news and programming. The partnership will give CineSport access to TLA’s elite list of current and former athletes, coaches and broadcasters as assets for news and business partnerships.

“Our clients, both current and former athletes as well as broadcasters and coaches, represent some of the most personable, marketable and telegenic names in the sports industry, and we are proud to be working with CineSport to create new exposure opportunities for them across such a wide and growing digital network,” said Legacy Agency CEO Mike Principe. “In a world where content is king, we have the assets to create very unique custom content, and CineSport provides an outstanding programming and technology partner with well established distribution channels.”

“With our platform now reaching over 7 million monthly unique users and scaling quickly based on our VaMP technology, we are looking to expand our programming portfolio,” said CineSport COO Michael Dresner. “TLA provides an extraordinary collection of athletes and experts that can provide a unique perspective in a world that increasingly wants its information via video through digital and social channels.”

CineSport is an innovative video syndication programming and technology company that provides device agnostic, easy-to-watch video packages through its proprietary VaMP technology. The CineSport network includes a blue chip roster of local media and blog publishers, as well as cinesport.com, a multi-platform portal and social media distribution. It was launched by former National Basketball Association executive Gregg Winik to produce and syndicate online sports video. The CineSport platform powers over 400 web properties including the Los Angeles Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer/Daily News, The Boston Globe, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the USA Today Sports Media Group.

The non-exclusive partnership will include original programming, both taped commentary and breaking news as well as longer form interviews and sponsor-driven packages. It is the first time TLA has partnered with an outside platform for custom video distribution.
