Mutimer is a left-foot midfielder who shows great athleticism considering his size. The 185cm runner is a product of the Dandenong Stingrays in the TAC CUP. Mutimer was part of the championship-winning 2016 Victorian Country line-up in the U18s National Championships. When he is not contesting the ball in the air, he is a very dangerous and agile rover, especially when around the goals.
Kurt made his AFL debut during the 2017 season against Fremantle in Round 4. He continued to play the following 3 games, showcasing his ability to run and impact the scoreboard. Around the ball, Kurt is composed and balanced, something rare in such a young player. The damaging midfielder will now look towards the 2018 season where he will hope to have more senior impact.
