After some time out with injury, Grace made an incredible return to Triathlons, finishing 5th in the Davenport Oceania Championship, and 2nd in the Under 23 Australian Championships in February 2015.
Prior to making the switch to Triathlon, Grace showed true potential as an athlete by excelling in any sport that she took on. At various stages during her teenage years Grace had top 10 placing’s in both the 5km and 10km NSW Age Swimming titles, as well as the Under 20 Australian Cross Country Championship. It is little wonder that Triathlon Australia came calling, and Grace eventually made the decision to switch to Triathlons full time.
In Grace’s first year of Triathlons she showed her true potential with numerous top ten placings not only in Australian events, but in the highly competitive European tour. In 2013 Grace took her performances to the next level, taking out the Australian National Sprint Triathlon Title in Geelong, and finishing 3rd in the Oceania Championships in New Zealand.
At 23 years of age Grace is proving to be an up and comer in the Triathlon scene, her focus for 2016 will be on the European circuit and then towards the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
