A tall batting all-rounder, Webster earned a Tasmanian rookie contract for the 2012/13 summer and made his first class debut the following summer against Queensland.
Webster has scored 3 first class centuries over the last 2 seasons and is starting to make his mark in Australian Cricket. He was announced captain of the Cricket Australia XI for the 2017/18 JLT One Day Cup and started the tournament with 121 in the first game.
Webster joined the Melbourne Renegades just ahead of BBL|07 and can be found damaging the opposition with the bat.
Beau’s most productive season came in the summer of 2019/20 scoring 439 Sheffield Shield runs including his highest score of 187 off 187 balls. He was named Melbourne Renegades most valuable player in a season where he made 425 runs at an average of 42.5.
