Rays’ Tim Beckham: Continues tear Wednesday

Beckham, who went 3-for-4 with an RBI single and run in Wednesday’s 7-4 win over the Indians, is now 5-for-8 with a home run and three RBI over the last two games.

The versatile utility man’s bat has been hot over the last two games against Indians pitching, with Beckham also smacking a 410-foot two-run home run in Tuesday’s victory. He’s now racked up three multi-hit efforts in his last four games and seven overall during May. Beckham’s offensive surge has helped make up for the prolonged absence of Matt Duffy (heel), who’s still to make his 2017 debut.
