OPSM is the Official Eyecare Partner of the AFL and for the second consecutive year engaged TLA to help them leverage this sponsorship and aid in improving the eyesight of fifteen local community AFL Clubs. 2015 saw a record number of local community AFL clubs apply, with more than 400 entering nationwide for the free program.
OPSM recognise the pivotal role that local AFL clubs play in the community and the support that is required for these clubs to continue to grow, which is why in 2015 fifteen clubs were selected to receive $1,000 cash, $1,000 worth of brand new Sherrins and most importantly, two nights of eye screenings for all players, coaches, officials, family and friends.
TLA was responsible for the entire execution of the program from the planning and selection of clubs to managing all thirty appearances by OPSM teams to their respective selected AFL club. In addition to this, TLA worked closely with local media to generate PR opportunities across print and online to further leverage OPSM’s sponsorship of the AFL .
